I … have no idea what this guy is supposed to be. God, ghoul, galivant? Willem Dafoe from “The Lighthouse”? It’s a mystery.
I’m leaning towards Neptune, due to all the aquatic themes, but there’s no trident in sight. And for some bizarre reason that I can’t logically explain, he reminds me of an elephant.
In the end, I’ll just call it weird, and art, and let y’all decide for yourselves.

I think it looks like one of the Four Winds, but he is indeed strange. Flawed assumption on my part now that I see the seashell background, but I might not be too far off with the personification of nature thing.
